The President of the Republic of Somaliland, H.E. Muse Bihi Abdi has accepted the resignation of Bashe Awil Omar and appointed his replacement by presidential decree JSL / XM / XKQ / 222 / 1-711 / 092021.
The Presidential Decree reads as follows:-
Purpose: Acceptance of resignation
To: Bashe Awil Omar
I have received your letter dated 02/09/2021, with the intention of resigning from your post as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. Therefore, I would like to inform you that I have accepted your resignation from today. Thank you for your time in office and for the work you have done for the Nation.
Purpose: Appointment
Having Seen: Article 90 of the Constitution of the Republic of Somaliland;
Having Seen: Their knowledge, ability and experience;
Having Understood: That he is capable of taking on the responsibilities of this positions;
Having Done: Consultations
I have decided;
Abdinasir Omar Jama Roble to be the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Somaliland from today.
