The President of the Republic of Somaliland, H.E. Muse Bihi Abdi, congratulates the Islamic Ummah in general, and the people of Somaliland in particular, on the occasion of the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan.
The President urges the people of Somaliland to take advantage of this holy month of Ramadan, to strive for worship, charity, to love and forgive each other.
Finally, President Bihi called on all segments of the society and philanthropists to provide assistance to those whose property was damaged in the Waheen market fire in Hargeisa.
