The President of the Republic of Somaliland, H.E. Muse Bihi Abdi has issued a Presidential Decree JSL/XM/WM/222-805/012022 appointing a Deputy Chairman of the National Procurement Committee of the Republic of Somaliland.
We set out the Presidential Decree as follows:-

PURPOSE: APPOINTMENT
Having Seen: Article 90 of the Constitution of the Republic of Somaliland;
Having Seen: His Knowledge, Ability and Experience;
Having Seen: Article 18 and Article 21 of the Law of the National Procurement Committee of the Republic of Somaliland, Law Lr. 82/2018;
After consultations, I Decided;
Abdiaziz Mohamed Hashi Mohamed to be the Deputy Chairman of the National Procurement Committee of the Republic of Somaliland from today.
